Heros are not men with extra power.

Heros show up on any given hour.

Heros do not seek fame and glory.

Heros just perform without worry.

Heros are just plain and simply raised.

Heros do not seek to be praised.

Heros will perform until their body aches with thirst.

Heros will put others lives first

why must we seek what will fail

we will always find a way to derail

why thirst for what will never satisfy

we will always find a way to deny

why ache for a light that will not shine

we will always let dark cloud the mind

why look into a soul that has been raped

we will never find a way to escape

Our minds wonder sometimes in a fog of confusion.

Its hard to think with all the illusion.

We want to have what we think is right.

The things we need seem to be out of sight.

Why do we fool our needs.

With things that make our hearts bleed.

Emotions are filled with truth and lies.

To live this way makes the time slowly pass you by.

i wrote this for a friend who i was working with.........he died in front of my eyes and i couldnt do shit to save him

I have seen death.

I saw a man gasp for his last breath.

On this day his child was 3 weeks old.

She will no longer have her daddy to hold.

He was working to support his family. His life ended in tragedy.

Death doesn't care about your lifes plan.

So live life the best that you can.

The enemy approaches from behind

The mind will slowly unwind

The enemy will bring hurt from a past

The mind reminds the first to the last

The enemy will always remember

The mind continually trys to recover

The enemy doesn't travel alone

The minds darkest memories are shown

The enemy will always be ready

The mind begins to seem unsteady

My mind puts words on a page

Its a release for the pent up rage

My hand doesn't comprehend what it scripts

It blindly writes what the mind inflicts

My mouth repeats the words

It all seems absurd

My words may not be for the body to understand

I repeat the words and they just seem bland

My soul sees the words with astonishment

It feels those words I will never repent

as i slowly creep thru the night.

do you know im standing in plain sight

you pretend i dont exist

the evil i am most cant resist

when you feel a touch on your skin

just know im the one that holds your sin

you refuse to know that i am strong

you need to make a choice and find out where you belong
