TankChilton
Just bought an 05 Wrangler with 4 blown speakers. Bought 2 Polk 5.25 db521 speakers for the front and Polk db 6.5 for my sound bar. Also just bought a Alpine PDX V9 5 ch amp to run all four speakers and a sub. The amp is rated at 100x4 for the door speakers and 500w for the sub. My issue is this... Alpine states that the amp is stable at 4 ohms and 2 ohms but gives the same rating of 500 watts at 2 and 4 ohms. Wouldn't it double the output to the sub if I ran it at 2 ohms? I'm going to be running a sundown 10 in my rear sub box but I don't know which 10 to buy because NOWHERE on the net does it say anything other then a 500w output regardless of ohms? Can anyone help me with this? Just want the proper matched sub to go with the output. Thanks for any info or help you guys could give.

TankChilton
So I'm guessing a sundown SA-10 would sound best or would the smaller SD-2 10 sound better? I know I'm beating you up a little but I want to order this speaker asap. I need to get my box built correctly so I need the specs on the woofer I'm going to use.
