finkster Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 I ca't find any wiring diagrams anywhere. Stock stereo. I am helping a friend install an amp for a sub. He had a friend of his attempt to install it with no success (he actually fucked things up in the back, i would kill him if it were my car). My main 2 questions are.... What should i wire the amp turn on button to? Or should I run a relay? Without running a sound processor, is my only other option to run a line out converter for the signal? I cant find anything online concerning an install in this car. Any help is appreciated from someone who actually knows what they're talking about. IMO the stereo sounds great stock with the factory subs but it's his car, not mine. I found the L7 (name of stock amplifier) amplifier in the back but I dont know which to tap into for a hi/low converter. very frustrating!
