Using aero ports (probably non flared so they fit) you can manage much larger net volume and proper port area, take a look:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

Port Quantity and Dimensions:

Number of Ports = 4

Pipe Port Diameter = 4
