bighossf150
I broke my brand new craftsman flush trim bit today so I said fuck it and bought this big bitch, 1/2" bosch flush trim: I decided to stick with the 4 layer baffle for now, I might add some 2x4's to the inside of the box to take up some room later on if Im not happy with the output, the subs will be in 2.35 cubes each I hit the inside of the sub cut outs with a 1/2" roundover bit and the baffle is finally done lol: Test fit: I screwed up a couple things, I cut the passenger side piece too long so I had to trim it back a little bit but ended up trimming about 1/8" too much so I plan on filling the gap with some pl and on that side do a couple layers of glass on the outside of the wall too and I drilled the hole for the bracing in the wrong spot on the back of the wall, I'm gonna cut a short piece of threaded rod to fill the hole and glass over it so it really shouldn't be an issue. My phone died so I wasnt able to get pics of the fuck ups lol, I hope to start glassin' tomorrow Used to have a loud truck 2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq 2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s
