Wildbillpb
12 lvl3 m2 15s with lvl 4 soft parts. Going in a 6th order bandpass, powered by 6 M3a's. Going to have 18 spv70s and 2 Singer 350A alts. Right now I've got 2 of the amps 9 of the batteries and 1 of the alts, along with all the subs. For finals I'll have 4 of the amps in. The shell is made of 2x2 1/4" thick steel. The loading wall is 6.5" thick and backed by steel the same steel as the cage on the top, bottom, and sides. The baffles are backed by steel as well. The real wall is 5.75" thick and also back by the steel in almost every 90 degree place. There is a drop roof where I had the steel welded to the top of the cage and right where my windshield is in the front. Right there I will put 2 layers of birch and foam all above that. That is to keep the pressure completely off my actual roof and have no flex with a strong secondary roof. On with the pictures. Team DC Audio Build Log: 4th order flat wall, 8 15s!
