  1. Just hope the coil doesnt unravel in the gap, it sucks to get them out if they unwind in the gap.
  2. $170 dollars for a box for 2 XLs shipped? Sounds like that box isnt built to handle those woofers. If braced properly and double baffled like it should be then that is cheap. That box shipped has to be like $50-$70 of that.
  3. I'm not saying your amps don't make power. Which seems to be all your arguing, which I don't care. I'm saying your math is off. Hell it should be a good thing to you because it means your amps are making that power at a higher load. Which is 1.15 each amp or 2.3 ohms total.
  4. 98 how did you get 1.3 rise with 200.3 volts and 86.9 amps? Also in the thread you said rise was. 85 each which would make it 1.7 total. Either way those numbers don't make sense like I said, 200.3/86.9 is not 1.3 or 1.7.
  5. Oh he is just talking about the different phase. Most people already know that. But clamping is the most accurate way on the go, for now. Also I doubt that his clamp on the 7.5k is going to be 50% off like that clamp was, we all know the 7.5k will put out atleast that at around 1 ohm, especially with voltage in the 15s. I just wanted to know how much more.
  6. Where is this shit fest? Id like to see how he explains why it doesnt work.
  7. Hope it was a cheap clamp and DMM cause I wouldnt wanna use it with poo all over it.
  8. Sweet so a decent amount over rated if I can keep voltage up and rise down to around 1 ohm on burp.
  9. His numbers arent right. His rise has to be higher for those numbers. 200.3/86.9 isnt 1.7 so he isnt rising to .85 per amp. Plus I dont see an ending voltage.
  10. I would like to know what people are clamping their 7.5ks at. Can anyone give me some numbers? If you dont have final impedance and voltage then I dont want to know.
