c.director Posted September 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 15, 2012 I don't have any pics, but the first thing I did was order a spare phone case and take a mold, then I wrapped the console piece in fleece, used a layer of resin before gluing the phone mold to it and shaping it up. Thanks man It wasn't all that expensive.. a little fiberglass and a little bondo haha then just the finish paint. Just be prepared to spend some time on it, it took a while and now that I look at it started out really ugly. Make sure you have a decent dremel with a variety if bits and a small die grinder will help a lot, i used a 2" sanding disk to make the straight lines. A hand file was also needed in areas. Start by taking a mold of the phone and go from there.
