What do you have experience with and do you plan on getting involved with upgraded alts, more batts, maybe even a stronger suspension at some point? Might do a alternator upgrade next summer. I've heard the 1000/1's like to suck up some damn voltage. I would suggest upgrading your electrical before sinking shit tons of money into subs and amps. The Big 3 is a must no matter what though. How big is your stock alternator? And it all depends on if you just buy a kit or do it all yourself, I like doing things myself, but it also depends on how much wire you buy, if you fuse the alt, and where you buy stuff.
