I want some led daytime running lights for my 2008 Tahoe I know the bulbs are 3157 but will I need a resistor o run them? And what brand or wattag or whatever will I need?

it should plug right in. i had to resistor my dome lights because they stayed on a little bit. if you do its not a hard thing to resistor them.

you dont need a resistor if they arent for the turn signals..if you do put them on the turn signals the computer will think that your bulbs are burned out which will cause hyper flash..i put it resistors on mine and they worked great easy to install heres the link of where i got mine this website also has many great leds and not too expensive also very fast shipping
