The pulse in your finger? So if you put a mug (coffee or something) on the car, it WOULDN'T go off? Also - does the viper 5900 have this? I've heard great things about that alarm ... I want something very secure. Also and I think I've only seen this in the movies - you know the car alarm that, when you get within 5 feet, says "Do not come any closer!" or somethnig like that? Just thought it was funny. Thanks guys there really isnt such a thing. the only thing it would really detect is movement. so if you made it extra sensitive and someone leaned on the car just to rock it a bit and moved the sensor then itll go off. theres no way to make the whole car touch sensitive stop watching knight rider as sexy as david hasselhoff is. you can get alarms that say stuff but the only way to get it to detect proximity is with motion sensors outside the car which is rather stupid because birds will be setting it off. Have it set just right so if someone starts putting there arms inside the car when i have the windows down or if i have the top down.
