Jaren Hew Posted September 27, 2012 Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 Kenwood ddx 719 i dont know why i asked what headunit, ignore that.... it could be a high resistance short somewhere in your ground system. Check your grounds for corrosion/bad connections/ or if its shorted, since your ground is a common ground it can affect anything that is grounded even though its not the actual cause of the problem if that makes sense. shepherd92683 Posted September 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 I swapped the rcas from my 2125 to my 2200 and the hum was gone. So it sounds like either bad rcas, or they are grounding out behind the dash.
