can anyone tell me what's going on?

I have a kinetik hc1400r and a hc600.. the 1400r is in the front as my start up battery.. and the 600 is in the back.. i have a charger and charge the battery every weekend.. last night drove like 10 miles to a friends house and i didn't have my music up at all.. it was at like 6 and 7 out of like 40.. i left the car for about 6 hours and when i came back it wouldn't start.. nothing was left on and no doors were left open or anything.. i put the battery to charge for like 7 hours and it started the car but i turned it off and tried to start it and it didn't start again.. now its not holding the charge at all.. i have no idea why this is happening.. when its charged it holds at 12.8 but then dies after i try to start it

what does that mean? should i send it back to them? it doesn't even hold power.. if i turn my music on it dies within a few minutes

it means they will hold voltage but when a load is presented to them voltage drops

omg that's exactly what's happening to mine. this is bullshit tho. I've only had this battery since the beginning of summer.
