hifonics brz15d4 potential

I have 2 brutus 15s from hifonics. I am wanting to know if anybody else has these subs and have had good results. Fixing to make a 8 cube box and tune it to 35 hertz. I just want to know if I will be slaming or just bumping. They are going in a 1995 volvo 850 wagon.

I only have experience with the HFX12D4. Long as you wire everything okay and build the box right, it should be good. Cone area is king.

Just a noob's opinon.

Slamming or Bumping means totally different things to other people. You hav eto ask yourself if its loud enough for you...if it is..cool..if not than step it up.

Everyone opinion could be different. To the guys with 18's and a wall it isn't anything but to the people with 1-10" in the truck yours will be slammin.

By the nature of your question I'm guessing they will be loud to you...probably slamming.

If you haven't bought them dont. What amp/amps do you have that you plan on running?

Whats your budget for new subs? You would probably be better off selling the Brutus subs.
