Guest Posted October 3, 2012 Report Posted October 3, 2012 but close in the same price range. they are so close that it is almost equal. i am thinking about going with 2 hdc318's. these seem like the better of the 2. how much is the max box volume on these woofers. it doesnt state it on their website. shipping on each hdc3 is like $50 or something like that, from audioque.com. each hdc318 needs around 6.5-7 cubes per woofer. so thats 13 or 14 cubes, plus another like 2 cubes for the huge port. and you have to make sure the port isnt too close to the hatch. so 13-14 cubes and around 200-220sqin of port area. edit: correction. to my zip code, 1 hdc has around $29 of shipping. 2 is 50
