RobertR
So I decided to prep my subs tonight for a recone and found that they have two very different looking slugs. I looked a little closer at the motors and the large vent holes are slightly different also. Should I go ahead and recone or pick up a different motor? sundownz
One is an older motor -- that piece is the aluminum air-flow director / pole ID shorting ring. You can use them together.
