I have a sundown saz 1200 amd was womdeing if anyone else has this problem when i turn the knob from 0 up a lil it make a popping noise. Anyone know how to fix this? It only make it when i turn it up a 1/4 turn

And put a sealed enclosure in your trunk cut a hole in your deck and call it ported :lol2:

I have a similar problem a i guess. except mine is when i turn it down to 0 from full volume, sometimes the volume will "studder" on its way down and pop up to higher volumes. Not sure if thats similar to what you're noticing OP. I just go slower with the roll. I think it's a problem with the cord input plug

ive noticed this when i have volume all the way down and i turn bass know on my RF amp that it makes a popping noise. i heard it yesterday for the first time.
