Hey tim long time no talk lol.... zillas looking great as ever. What did you use to fuse the two pieces together where you ground the grooves in?

Looks great. Are you still just planning all this as a base for adding more.....or is it getting close to what is going to be like when done? I'd be so happy with what you have already!! I'm sure your nowhere near done though. Killer Zilla.

hey hey buddy............thanks alot bro....what i did was.........

ground them grooves in with a angle grinder......then i cut little pieces of 1/8" steel rod....CA,d them in place.....ground em down a lil bit,,,,to flush em with the surface of the glass....and glassed em all in....should make a solid joint...

thanks man.....yea this is still just the foundation.....at least on the sides anyways....once i get the side skirts....all squared up....and cut the lines all in PERFECT......so that i can get an accurate measurement off of any line on it....then ill start foaming in the skirts and cutting a final shape

k so kinda like a buiscut but with rods instead of flat pieces. Kewl looks like a solid joint for sure.....
