andym85 Posted January 18, 2008 Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 yea...just grabed an old issue of M&F with a story on scott mendelson....says he benched 715 "raw" (without the use of a bench-pressing shirt or other ergonomic equipment)...his official high then was 1,008 with a shirt and stuff, but the article says he did 1,015 the day they did the photo shoot for the magazine story....this was in june of 2006...so who knows what he does now...friggin incredible!! 01xtreme Posted January 18, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 i thought 1050 was the new world record 1050 is the world record. the 1120 is a gym lift. you guys shoudl check out some of his other video's. how about 405x20, or 605x2 raw. oh, and X89034821903048902 on the legs. my truck is stick, and 9 times out of 10 i drive one of my parents cars to the gym on leg day. it is hard as hell to drive stick after a leg workout., and shitting the morning after is an ordeal. Not the sitting down part, but the getting up part. I was tempted to put a pull up bar of some type in the bathroom to help me up on those days. lol.
