Try this. log out of face book clear your cookies cache and all that jazz and then log back into facebook and try it again. And no I never changed that password. And I just tried that last night. I logged out if everything cleared everything and reset safari and my computer but no luck. I looked under my connected apps in face book and SMD is not on my linked apps. Reset my password and then changed my password to what I want.
