JpayneJ2.7 Posted October 26, 2012 Report Posted October 26, 2012 hello ppl i need help i have two alpine swr 1242D subs that recently blew i am thinking about reconing them and bringing them back too life i have ALREADY PRICED THE PARTS AT 68 EACH SPEAKER IS IT WORTH IT AND IF IT IS CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME DESIGN A BOX TO FIT INTO A 2007 DODGE CHARGER.

Truconcept Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 my friend blew one of his alpine swr 1242D but the box he had it in was wayyy 2 big if i were u id take this accident as a sign to upgrade to a bad ass sub(s) 1k+rms im sorry 4 your losses **actin bad like a kid at six flags**

Driving my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 MEGA cab with the 5.7 hemi. Audio: Two 10" Alpine Type R's ( 1000rms models ) Hifonics BRZ 2400.1D @ .5 ohm Two Kinetic 1400 batteries ( soon to have XS power under hood ) Tsunami 1/0 Awg wire throughout truck. Stock Infinity 7 speaker system ( Junk ) soon to be replaced, probably all Alpine. Exterior: 17"Dick cepek rims with 33" Toyo MT tires Bushwacker fender flares Magnaflow true duel exhaust LED tail lights with Projector headlights Plasti-dip fun coming soon!
