Good deal?

Alright, I'm in the midst of a build and I'm at a crossroad.. By all means this isn't a vs thread I'm just stuck between a great deal and my original game plan. There's a guy I talk to regularly whom comes into my bar regularly. Hes building a Tahoe with straight RF gear. Well hes thrown me an offer on a pair of 12" p3 2ohm dvc subs for $140 for the pair. My game plan was originally RF amps and 2 comp sets with a pair of Skar VVX 12/15s. The question is should I take him on his offer or pass it up?
