Yeah but when you turn your volume up even to 80 percent I would still say you are going to clip your subs with 50 percent bass boost. I don't use mine at all. You're right...there are various factors that play into clipping but the idea here is just to generally show what bass boost CAN do. It doesn't mean if you have your setup up right using some bass boost will cause clipping. bassjunkie, I had no idea this was a repost but you're right, it is very good information.
