JR2011bu Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 Try the drill bit and only drill in a small amount, then use a screw as mentioned... Also if you can get a hold of one of those dental picks that dentists use to remove plaque build up. Scratch of the super glue around the edges so that it can come out clean... But i don't see why it wouldnt just play off of one rca, being its a mono sub amplifier and doesnt require both rca's.. kingkon Posted November 5, 2012 Author Report Posted November 5, 2012 Thanks for all the replies, I was thinking of doing it with a drill bit and screw, but one of my techs at work got a welding rod and ground down the tip where it clamps on the claw enough to go in from the back and go in about 3/4 of the way. Once it was in he gave it about 4 taps and it came out enough to grab it with pliers and we got it out. Im going to but a set of the KnuKoncept RCAs, I dont feel like going thru this and being without bass again!
kingkon Posted November 5, 2012 Author Report Posted November 5, 2012 Which Knu Koncepts RCA cables do you guys recommend? I was looking at these: http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KRY2.6M
BobbyG2 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 Great looking cables! I'm going to get the same cables when I install my amps. *New vehicle and system coming soon.*
