WCA Rusty Posted November 10, 2012 Author Report Posted November 10, 2012 Ya tooling a boot with the logo on it is easy, For the Logo on the frame I wouldent want to engrave it, We could make it part of the mould, Like on the spokes of the frame or something. WCA Rusty Posted November 10, 2012 Author Report Posted November 10, 2012 Just so everyone knows right now we use large half rolls on our subs but I get a lot of people that ask me if we will ever do a tall roll so thats why I threw it into the mix Quote DC AUDIO Phone Number 1(855)SPL-DBZZ Built by Competitors, for Competitors.
corona_jeff Posted November 10, 2012 Report Posted November 10, 2012 Tall roll sounds interesting...but the half roll has worked in the past. Kinda tough choice. Quote
Pro7 Posted November 10, 2012 Report Posted November 10, 2012 I think that most people wouldn't utilize the extra throw that a larger surround offers, I don't think that most people run that much over rms to reach the limits of their surrounds That's just from my perspective but I'm sure lots of spl guys would like some extra throw Quote I've gotten a blowjob and picked up my iphone behind her back to see what email notification I got from smd before
WCA Rusty Posted November 10, 2012 Author Report Posted November 10, 2012 Just from the shape the half roll moves more linear compared to the tall roll (from what I have tested), The tall roll though allows you to have the same cloth length be less intrusive on the face of the cone body.
