Decided to go with this.

http://www.sonicelec...l-EQS-GRAY.html

Will be ordering from you. Do you have any discount codes available right now? I am also going to order 4-6 sets of shielded 2 channel RCAs. I have power wire running on both sides og my truck and no way to isolate the rca path.

I am not affilated with sonic electronix, sorry bud I am just a regular member here, contact them for all your questions I am sure they will answer and take care of you, I have order from them and they have very good customer service.

I already played with it hooked up in my truck. Its smarter than me, im not afraid to admit that. I saw the YouTube video the Steve posted. Im not going to have the benefit of Rockford flying in and spending 10 hours tuning my truck. I have to stick with what I know how to do. The reason that I bought the sundown amps was for the on board crossovers that allow me to run everything active.

All I really want is something a little be more than the 7 band EQ on my headunit. No need for something crazy. My ears really arent that picky.

Hey now I already knew how to use it before they flew in. Ive had it installed a few months now. Plus, don't forget I'm used to a system that has 2 3sixty.2's in it. The .3 is easy and a treat to use compared to two .2's. The 6 mic array was something I didn't have though obviously :D. I usually use a single mic and my much less trained ears (compared to those guys)

Hit me up if I can help you with it :)

Sorry didnt mean to make that sound like I was takin a shot at you. It is just so far over my head that I have no clue where to even start to tune it. I have never used a processor before so I am starting from scratch. I am definitely willing to give it one more shot if you can walk me through the setup.

I'm confused....you mean a Full Pass switch? Most amps have that don't they?

Once I pulled it out and just hooked up the amps the way I always have, everything really came to life. I dont know what I was doing wrong, but every time i made a small adjustment, I would get popping and I was scared I was going to blow something so I just quit.

No they have a 10x switch that allows me to run the crossover for the tweeters as well. The crossover can go up to 5000hz.

dude, really i can make you a pro at it within a few minutes.

i could get up on Skype with you and answer any questions you have.

once you get a grasp of it, its a breeze.

are you looking to do a 3 way setup? i can make a file with your crossover settings ready to go, you just load it and from there you can tweak your EQ's yourself. One thing that made it less confusing for me is i had to train myself to forget the word Front/Rear/Sub on the RCA's and call them by channel numbers.

for instance. Channels 1 and 2 are tweeters. Crossovers set to HP and 3500 up.

Channels 3 and 4 are midrange. Crossovers set to Bandpass 80 to 3500.

Channels 5 and 6 are kick panel's and are crossed over at 80 and down.

Channel 8 is the sub. and is also 80 and down.

(7 not used at this time).

Odd numbers are left, even numbers are right. I personally don't use a fader. If you want rear speakers and want to control them, like a fader would, there are ways to do it.

Try those settings in the demo screen and you will see you are already on your way....

when you run fully active, set your amp to full or All-pass and forget its onboard crossovers. Thats why i was confused. You are talking about using both but you shouldn't really do that. The .3 handles all of that.

now the popping sound you were talking about...upgrade to the newest firmware bro, they fixed that i believe. If the new firmware still does it, the problem is somewhere else but i know the original software did do that and yes it was scary.
