Tim Lam Posted November 12, 2012 Report Posted November 12, 2012 so ive had my 'Nendo 2k for almost 2 months now. its pushing 2 aq hdc3's at 1ohm and the electrical is stock alt, big 3, diehard platinum batt, kinetik hc1800 batt, 0awg all in OFC. i've burped it and clipped the music to the limits just to see how loud it could get, and the subs and amplifier are still as cold as before i even turn them on. lowest my amp has seen is 11.9volts and even at that it was still cold to the touch. and when i mean cold, it was the cold metal feeling, no warmth at all. why could this be happening?

In my buddies car i built his stereo for hes got an Alpine type s 12" dual 2 ohm wired at 1 ohm powered by a Rockford Fosgate R750-1d running at 750 watts rms just slamming it for 30 mins non stop while driving around and barely noticable temp difference
