I'm thinking maybe the rear of your frame got pulled up somehow when you welded your notches in. You're sure you bed was set on correctly in the right holes and everything? If so, then it is probably the frame. It's going to be hard to get that frame back to normal. I'm sure street metal ben has some input as well. maybe how to fix it. I see this as an opportunity to start a full back half haha. anyways good luck.

thats what he thought as well but when i measure from the ground before and after the notch its the same hieght

Where are you measuring from and was everything level when you measured? does it look like that on both sides? the exact same gap and all.

If I were you I'd go over and check everything out. It could be a simple fix like the bed not set down in the right position. or it could be from welding your notches in. Honestly I am not there to know what was done so its hard to judge just from the picture. I'd just go through observing everything carefully and try and figure out why the bed is like that.
