Popping door speaker

whats up guys... so today I installed another set of t2's in my front door and I switched on the active mode on my deh-80prs..

When I was setting up the hu for no reason suddenly the mid-range speakers in right door started to pop like crazy.. it happened over 30min after

I turned everything on .. I double checked the wiring and all + go to + and all - goes to - .. what could be the reason ?

I plugged out the RCA's from the amp and it was doing the same thing.. is it possible that amp got bad ? the mids are plugged on rear channels and

tweeters on the front.. and like I said only the mids on right door was doing it..

Ive done short video and I will try to post it later when I get home

sometimes Loud is NOT pretty

Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

did you check that your wire run wasn't shorting to ground? are the speakers bad now that they are popping?

unplug the rcas and see if it still pops. if you have a dmm read the resistance of the wires at the amp.

One of my speaker wires shorted to ground one time. somehow a loose screw laying sideways under the carpet (dunno how i missed it) sliced through one of the wires shorting it to ground.
