john253a
get ride of the 45's within the net area and extend the port down to 2.25" from front wall, also if you want a more accurate measurement. use the measurements on the net area, and put the port length in as external as torres is unable to calculate 2 bends with accuracy sorry im mobile and cant do it for you to show you what i mean

I plugged it into Torres, and it dropped to like 29.5 hertz. I think I might stick with tuning 31 for now, and then if I want it to go any lower than it does now, it'll just give me an excuse to build another box! I guess I'm just wondering if there are any huge flaws with the box, like things that would cause unloading and what not. 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 club cab - Sold 2004 Audi S4 Avant - Fi and Crescendo - Stock Bose System - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/147725-2002-dodge-dakota-end-of-the-road/?hl=%202002%20%20dakota 136.4 Sealed @ 29hz 137.0 Drivers window open @ 26hz
john253a
i see no issues with the build, i thing i can suggest, and you have done is try to set port width in sizes that multiply the wood thickness you are using, in your case 3x off cuts of 0.75= 2.25" the only other thing i can suggest is on the double baffle make it from top to bottom and not the way drawn, it just gives you a bit more support around the top and bottom by not being so thin, and also give you a stronger bond to floor and roof
