get ride of the 45's within the net area

and extend the port down to 2.25" from front wall,

also if you want a more accurate measurement.

use the measurements on the net area, and put the port length in as external as torres is unable to calculate 2 bends with accuracy

I think I understand what you're getting at haha. I plugged it into Torres, and it dropped to like 29.5 hertz. I think I might stick with tuning 31 for now, and then if I want it to go any lower than it does now, it'll just give me an excuse to build another box! I guess I'm just wondering if there are any huge flaws with the box, like things that would cause unloading and what not.

i see no issues with the build,

i thing i can suggest, and you have done is try to set port width in sizes that multiply the wood thickness you are using, in your case 3x off cuts of 0.75= 2.25"

the only other thing i can suggest is on the double baffle make it from top to bottom and not the way drawn, it just gives you a bit more support around the top and bottom by not being so thin, and also give you a stronger bond to floor and roof
