Piggi3
It's 7.3cubes that's not small enough
CJ18
No he said it could be smaller and that would allow you to use more power. I really think that the current problem is the port configuration. I have never been disappointed with a sub up port back box done correctly. Maybe post some pictures for us to see instead of just telling us what you have. We are visual people and picture whores!
matt402
small suv's like blazers & explorers actually do well with side ports =] but i agree on a smaller box too... Edited December 3, 2012 by matt402
Piggi3
Ok I'm gonna Leave the box like this and add another m4a and see what happens thanks for everyone's inputs
CleanSierra
Sooooo, you get multiple responses telling you that your box is NOT designed well. Power has NOTHING to do with your problem here, it's your box. You could easily move air and get loud with those subs, in that vehicle, with one of those amps. Build a new box, quit being stubborn. If you're not willing to take advice, don't ask questions. I hate posts like this. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. CJ18
Do you have the electrical to support the second amp? Where are the pictures of the setup? Do you even actually have 2 m2 Level 5s? You ask for help, but ignore everything said????? Im confused.
Piggi3
I'm not ignoring I am gonna buil a new box same dimensions but fire subs up port up with port at the bak going across the whole box at 3" wide by 38". I have 2 mechman 270 alt and 4 nsb90s with 4 1/0runs from alternator back it should be enough. I can't fire subs back like people are saying because telhe batteries will be right against the port an will interfere So that's my idea for now
