I made a fiberglass mold of the roof of the truck, and attached it to the bottom mold (very tricky) peep out the popscicle stick bracing, going for maximum DeeBeez here!! wysiwyg Posted November 10, 2006 Author Report Posted November 10, 2006 Needed to make the enclosure a little thicker, so i busted out with the urethane plastic resin. This is a two part resin that sets up in 7 min to a very hard plastic. I did two layers of this.

wysiwyg Posted November 11, 2006 Author Report Posted November 11, 2006 UPdate got the speaker baffle on. Basically I just cut a 3/4" piece of mdf and crammed it into the opening. and filled the gaps around the edges with a mixture of super glue and baking soda.
