littlebuck1919 Posted December 8, 2012 Report Posted December 8, 2012 i do believe it said the driver wasn't aware the dog was there, but the person who put the dog there should be drug around like that...i hate people who do things like that, and i see no reason to do it to any dog....especially a puppy.
