Suspention parts for Mazda, help!

2003 Mazda Protege 5

The coil spring seat, and the strut mounts are getting rust and are worn out really bad, the right side spring seat actually snapped this morning.

I need to get the following parts:

2 Coil spring seats - part # 908933 from Monroe

2 Strut mounts - part # 904983 from Monroe

After looking around on the web, I found the strut mounts which are common but the spring seats, no dice.

Google the part # 908933, and you'll get TWO websites that claim they sell these part and one of them says they don't stock them but will special order them.

So is my conclusion that these parts aren't produced, right? The only solution was to buy a full replacement (Monroe Quick-Struts) Only to find that they don't make them for my car. The next solution is aftermarket coil overs which will be easily $1000.

Summitracing.com has the price listed as $9.95 so I'm not keen on spending %10000 to fix my problem.

Help! I'm baffled and need to fix my car asap.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, and if I've over looked something and the solution is obviously simple, please tell me how silly I look.

Someone has to make shocks for your car man, did you try autozone or something like that? Maybe a junk yard near by?

Not shocks, thats easy. Coil spring seat.

if ur talking bout the top hat u will prolly have to go to a junk yard its not a part that goes out
