Lots of natural stuff, stay away from food with dyes in it and processed foods. Excersize! Find a good hobby (something cheap and takes a lot of time...like bulding models or something. Go excersize, go outside and get some Vitamin D, it's proven to make you happier. Work out. Eat/sleep right. Cleaning the house and my room and my car makes me have a better mood I have noticed, probably the sense of accomplishment. That will do some good. You could make a hobby out of seeing how much you can crank out of your desktop. IIRC, you just got some new components or are about to get new components. All last year I made it my goal to hit at least 5Ghz on my 2500k, and I ended up doing it and even got to the daily clock of 5.2Ghz. I would always readjust certain fan configurations and voltage configs to see what would work best. There's a lot to it.
