fiberglassing a rear deck

sooo im thinking eventually of fiber glassing my rear deck in my integra for like 2 sundown neopro 10s or some similar 10 inch pro audios

good or bad idea?

I personally wouldn't do it, rather put the 10's on the doors instead, and unless you completely seal off the reardeck, the sub is going to mess them up.

Cons:

1. Windowshoppers

2. Overpowering rear fill (especially if more than hu power)

3. Like Omega said, the woofers will turn them into passive radiators! (unless it's more of a fiberglass box)

Pros:

1. Looks great.

Personally, I would do it for a show car. However, I wouldn't do it for a daily driver. If you need to, search up someone stolen stuff threads. That just might change your mind

I did something similar to this, but with just a set of 6.5 comps. I just made a cutout of the shape of the rear deck and glassed onto that, so my woofers wouldn't destroy the midbass drivers.

Just seems like two Neo pro's would be some mad hefty rear fill, unless you've got a strong front stage.
