Is it just me, or does the top and bottom of the port seem REALLY thin?

edit, saw it was a temp box. nevermind.

Also $3 a sheet is awesome. if you double it, that's $6 for a sheet of 1" MDF!!!!!

the box dosen't flex the box is 1/2 all the way around and double baffle and it has lots of 45's to give the corners more strength but it sounds really good

i had to re do the 4th the subs were too close to the port and i got a lil more port and put the motors on the sealed side ill have to make sure i set the gains up right so i wont have any burnt the coils from cliping

i was board and made a box for my 6" subs the box dims are .5 MDF 12x30x10 = 1.43 cubic foot tune to 37 HZ

the vid of free airing the noise is the subs vibrating on the box they move more but they were all over the place so i had it turned down a bit
