When my bass hits I get a fuzzy sound commimg out of my mids and tweets? What could this be? I also sometimes get songs getting all choppy and like I have a scratched cd, but I dont it only happens when I turn it up to a decent volume then all these problems occur! TeamHirshAudio
Could there also be something with my rcas for the "scratched cd" skipping sound?

Neckbeard
Are you using crossovers, are you running the mids/tweets off of the HU? Neckbeard
Does it do it with every CD? Build log, Super slow!!: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/168096-slow-neckbeards-1970-opel-gt/
TeamHirshAudio
Does it do it with every CD? Yeah every single cd, it just starts getting all choppy and replaying some parts and weird.. Then the mids and highs get all scratchy..
mrd6
Do you have the problem when you play from a source other than cd? Its probably just the cd skipping when it gets to a high enough volume My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...-sundown-power/ Team NorthWestSPL
White Lightning
I see nothing about your mids and highs listed on your Signature ... What are they ?? How do you have them installed ?? Do you have them on a amplifier ?? How are they crossed over (active or passive) ??? My guess is that there is nothing wrong with them, your bass is just simply drowing them out and your mids and highs simply do not have enough power to keep up ...
