Lol I had the same questions when I thought about doing this. Now the only other thing you need to think about, is how to get the second alt wired to your eletrical system. I dont mean that either by its power wire to your battery. I mean the harness that connects to it from your car components telling it what to do, that's what you need to figure out.

so in theory you could get another alt wiring pigtail and wire it along with the factory alt and make it a two into one back to the factory harness car side?

From what I was told yes, That is the same exact way I asked when i was looking into this, and they told me yes. But I don't want to be help responsible lol

lol right on i understand but some answers are better than no answers, atleast with a little bit of info i could research it some more and get a definate answer. i dont mean to shoot you down im just sayin. thanks for the help dude i appreciate it

Pretty much, it's wired to the regulator with a remote turn on/relay. Then connected to your front battery where the vehicles harness is connected to.

hey thanks man ill have to check into all of it some more before i just jump into something, i want to make sure that it will start run and drive every time i turn the key.
