The brain I want is the Viper 1002 The addons I want are: The Backup Battery & Sensor Trunk Release Solenoid **Ill want the AUX button onthe remote to pop the trunk** Second Siren Magnetic Switch **For the cargo area** 2 Piezo Sirens for inside the car Will the 1002 handle all this, and handle it well? Are these accessories compatible? Has anyone used the 1002? Did ya like it, have any complaints? And have all the sirens (piezos and big sirens) go off when the alarm is triggered? I wouldnt use the factory horn in this case. mbdblue Posted January 5, 2013 Report Share Posted January 5, 2013 Don't have experience with this particular alarm, but I don't see why it wouldn't be able to handle it...your definitely going to need a few relays to be able to support the accessories. You could use a pin switch instead of magnetic if you prefer for the hatch. As for your question, I'm not sure if there is a way to bypass the other sirens, I know there is stealth mode so it locks/unlocks by just blinking the headlights/daylights with no sound, but that would be something you would have to program in after it's installed.
