TravisFoster
Finally got some rubber for my new wheels. 195/45R15 Forceum. The cheapest tires they had in that size, but they stretch well. Getting them mounted up Tire guy thinkin "how the hell am I going to do this" lol Well they couldn't. After about 10 attempts with the Cheetah, still no go. I said "Give em to me, I'l make it happen" Can you say stretch??? A little tape and starting fluid and viola!!!! My buddy John got a video, I'll try to post that too, Its on his phone. Got one mocked up and he had to do a gangster ass pose next to it lol. The rear air suspension is finally almost finished, so I will be posting pics of that as well. standardcabspl
looking sick. love the flush style i always wondered is their any danger in streching tires that much? TravisFoster
looking sick. love the flush style i always wondered is their any danger in streching tires that much? There are always dangers when modifying anything on a vehicle. It depends if it is executed and used properly. Tires aren't technically supposed to stretch that far, but plenty of people do it. Mine will be riding at stock height while driving with no camber, fully aligned, then lay frame tucked up. Also you have to run a higher tire pressure than normal to keep the bead and sidewall mounted, too little and you could blow a bead or something.
