Should be alright, just do a big 3 upgrade and use 1/0 gauge wiring and you're set.

Edit: This is assuming it will be at 1 ohm.

Is any 0 gauge ok or should I stick with certain companies?

I just installed my radaflex 1/0 and have no issues or complaints. Plus it's cheap.

cheap companies put less copper strands in their wire, making the wire physically smaller and handle less current. good companies dont skimp.

Radaflex, Audio Technix, Cadence, Stinger, Rockford Fosgate, XS Power, KnuKonceptz, Shok. Those are just off the top of my head. Stick with those. I know KnuKonceptz and Audio Technix makes some great shit that a lot of people use.

Audio Technix makes some really nice 5292 stranded 1/0 Silver tinned wire on their ebay store. Comes in a bunch of lengths. It's around 3-3.50 per foot.

I bought 1/0 Knu CCA. I'm not running 2 jillion watts and i can do two runs for about the same price as 1/0 ofc. But i get up to 500amps with two 1/0 kca's instead of 350amps with one run of OFC. Of course if you had a situation where you could only do one run of 1/0 and needed more than say 220 then ofc would be better.

If you run close to a wires capacity it will get hot and lose its ability to conduct, which makes it get hotter which reduces it ability to conduct....

its a vicious cycle.. ( there's a pun in there somewhere.)

I agree with these guys I've never been a huge fan of cca but if it works how can i argue. If you plan on adding to your current system (another pun) then id go with ofc. If you have the room for 2 runs of cca then you'd have room for 2 runs of ofc later on. just my .02

EDIT* as for a brand id go with knu, they've got quality product that does'nt dissapoint
