Try full time job, night classes for computer certification and car audio as a mistress. Senior in high school means all the time in the world it's not like you are doing anything at this point its senior trips and graduation planning.

I know but u have to remember not just I have to be free but the customer as well bud! Which he had soccer practice every day after school and doesn't end Til 6 and school is 45 min north away from my house, while school for him is 45 min south of his house.....soooo not very easy or convenient for us....

No not really. I don't see how. You need something to attach it to. Even if you were to do the whole wall plexi and do a cover panel it wouldn't be flush. And you need a thick panel for the strength, so I don't see how you could do it. You may be able to double baffle it, then make the second baffle like 1" wider on the window opening, then cut the plexi panel to fit in that. Did that make sense?
