I want to shim my port 1.25 inches and then I will be where I want to be, but I have a question... If I shim the inside of the port opening that doesn't change box volume right? Only the frequency and port surface area?
SnowDrifter Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 It will cut down your port area, which will in turn lower your tuning. Box volume will be the same though I've done it on my car.
