Inside enclosure coating???

Does anyone know what the white coating that Meade uses on the inside of his enclosures in the hoe and the civic called??? And does that stuff in there serve a purpose, other than making the inside of the box look cleaner??? where can i get it??? :-[

make it look cleaner. thats all. unless u put neons in there. itll make it really glow.

you can also use kilz spray primer. found at home cheapo, or lowes

hard to tell, but the inside of my port is covered in it.
