Airborne Posted January 21, 2013 Report Share Posted January 21, 2013 I have cut tons of sheet metal with a jugsay and a $.50 pack of metal blades from Harbor Freight. Just make sure the metal is secure and you can make short work of any gauge sheet metal. This is from experience and empty pockets.lol You won't be disappointed... Plasma cutter would work well too. its not very thick at all though but I couldnt give you a gauge size on it.
