Ok.. That's an important piece of the puzzle.

Do you know what your voltage was when this happened?

What ohm load were you wired to?

How did you set your gains?

And finally: did the amp have adequate cooling?

i set my gains and crosover with the dd1 and cc1 and 2 ohms and 12.2 minium

duh? i have a d3400 and a d3100 in the back with a mechman alt 240 alt and im getting a d7500 in the back in a lil bit! and i just ordered 1/0 rf ground wire ofc. which as well will be swapping out the cadence..

This will sound a bit critical... It's supposed to.

Regarding "duh"

I don't think you are in a position to get snippy with the members who are trying to help you. You can't seem to spell thing right, you give partial information, and you don't exactly give off the aura that you know what you are talking about. You have mentioned nothing about your electrical and we are all working off partial info as you haven't been very forthcoming with exactly what happened like I mentioned in a previous post. So asking if you have the proper electrical to support an amp that size is a perfectly valid question and doesn't necessitate a holier than thou attitude. :)

Not trying to be a dick, just trying to talk to you about how you come off and how we interpret that.

What tone did you use with the dd-1? And where are you reading your voltage from?

And while I'm thinking.. What volt meter do you use? Some can read quite a bit off from actual value.

Did you double check your impedance with a DMM?

Oh: and where/how was the amp mounted? Vibrations could cause a failure too

thats what i think it was bro cuz it was back of the box... it was screwed in tight though.

screwing the amp to the box tightly doesn't matter whatsoever if the piece of wood that its attached to is vibrating/flexing.

Could you post some pics of how your amp was mounted?
