Switch back bulbs issue?

Ok i'll try to make as much sense as possable.

1991 VW GTi 16v

Replaced front parking/turn signal bulb with switchback bulb http://store.ijdmtoy.com/1157-2357-7528-High-Power-Switchback-LED-Bulbs-p/led_1157_sku317.htm same style but bought off ebay.

Had Hyperflash with turn signal, Replaced with new LED compatable relay from autozone and fixed that.

When lights were on (night time driving) i noticed the parking lights turn off then turned back on when pressing brakes. After doing some searching, i read to try removing the stock bulbs and press brakes. If parking lights to do not do the problem then the solution was to replace stock brake bulbs with LED bulbs.

That solved problem with front parking lights turning off and back on when pressing brakes.

NOW

When lights are off (day time driving) when i press the brakes, the parking lights turn on and stay on till im off the brakes.

If i replace all bulbs back to stock, everything is fine. So i know there is no short or ground problem with harness to all lights.

Would anyone have some suggestions? I would like to keep the switchback bulb for the signals because they are nice and bright (smoked lens), and you can see from previous link that they have a "nice" price for parking/turn signal bulb.
