So here is a suggestion:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32.3 Hz

Vb = 2.45 ft^3

External Height = 13.75 in

External Width = 28 in

External Depth = 19.25 in

Port Width = 2 5/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Top & Bottom = 28 x 19 1/4

Left & Right Sides = 17 3/4 x 12 1/4

2x Front = 12 11/16 x 12 1/4

Back = 28 x 12 1/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 16 7/16 x 12 1/4

2 x Extension = 8 15/16 x 12 1/4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- The port needs 2 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp's subsonic filter to 25-28Hz is suggested.

Thank you awesome design :) yes i would use the 45s.

The 45s inside the port have to be done in a way that at the port turn each side has 1/2 of the port width as shown here:

Also in your case the 45s in the back corners should not be done.
