I had this same thing happen a month ago with some memphis pr15s all the shops are all sales final round here and I asked them about dd1 and oscopes and noone knows what I'm talking about bro, those type of shops are the ones you wanna stay away from, dude know nothing about sound audio, most time do hack jobs on installs.
